My niece and I went down to the riverbank of the Tennessee River not far from my home. We went to take some pictures. After we got home we noticed this odd looking object in one of the photos and could not figure out what it was. It was not observed while we were taking the pictures. Only afterward. I am just curious as to what the object is and wanted an expert opinion no matter what it turns out to be.
