working with my son on his conch fishing boat in Cape May, NJ. on the morning of the 4th of September 2015. around 6.am, we were boating through the Cape May ferry channel heading towards the Delaware Bay to our fishing grounds. We were passing the ferry docks at the no-wake zone when I observed a low level bright light that seemed to be following the boat. jokingly I said to my son that a ufo was following us. we pasted the no-wake zone and speeded up to around 18 knots. the object mimicked our speed. We boated past the ferry jetties and turned 30 degrees to the right into the open bay. the object made the same direction change. At this point we both started to look at each other and be a little concerned. We traveled for approximately 1 quarter mile and my son started to freak out and stopped the boat. the object did the same. no noise was ever heard, and the object seemed to be coming closer. I took five cell phone photos and I laughed it off and said "if we are going to be abducted there is nothing we can do about it". As the sun rise became lighter the object became smaller, also moved higher in altitude and finally disappeared.
