I was driving my river cab with passengers from Bethel to Napakiak. another River cab was driving behind me also with passengers. when within about 3 miles from the village of Napakiak is when I first noticed the three lights just above the ground at the south end of the village, when within about one mile from the village i stopped and approached the other cab behind me to ask him if he sees what i see, he said yes and he also said that he would go and see what they were after he drops his passengers off. I dropped my passengers off then went home, (did not check any further). the next day an Elder who house was closest to the lights told a story of seeing the lights and also mentioning that it looked like there was stairs or steps coming down to the ground from one of the lights or balls.
