On June 6, 2015 at 9:25 pm AST a very bright stationary light was seen in the evening sky above Fundy National Park in New Brunswick, Canada. It appeared before any stars populated the sky that evening. Fundy National Park is a Dark Preserve so stars are very visible in this location. It remained in the sky until at least midnight and it was much brighter than any stars. I have a cottage here and I have never seen this light before or since this occurrence. If you look at the photos you can actually seen two lights as one as you focus in. Another strange occurance was that as I was watching the light a low level military aircraft flew overhead. It may have been an Orion sub hunter but I have never seen one of those fly over this area of the Bay of Fundy before so it may have been just odd timing if that was the craft.
