Bright starlike object observed in the sky. Appeared to be moving, took phone video clip of object transversing the sky. Object flys in front of moon. I was out having a cigarette with a friend in Watertown, SD. I first thought it was a star, but then I noticed it was obviously moving. Had no flashing lights, was solid, starlike. Looked to be traveling faster than any plane I've seen at night. A plane was observed shortly after with green and red flash ing lights and still visible con trail. Object disapeared into night sky.
