The date is probably earlier in the year. before i had new windows. my son called me to the window and we watched theses strange spheres moving from the se to nw. distance is dependant on size.. we first thought they were tied balloons but there was no tugging or jerking in their motion. they appeared to move smoothly through the sky in a roughly straight line rotating about each other. i looked for seams but could not detect any. the only reason i report this is my inability to correlate my observations with anything i can recognise. we live near an orbital beacon for manchester international airport, and that beacon is also a heliport used by police helicopters and air ambulances. we are neither dumb nor impressionable. i have seen many things in the sky that i could not, at the time, explain away but i have not found a rationale at any time for these "orbs" this report has been compiled with help from my son.
