Looking out my large south facing window i noticed a massive orange glowing object that was bright pumpkin orange. it was the shape of a large elongated (vertically) star, with defined glowing points. it hovered for a while then it slowly started traveling away (it looked like it was traveling into the stars). it took a while to watch it travel till it looked as if it was just a star itself, but it was still bright orange, so you could tell it apart. within the blink of an eye it was right over the house again just as large as the first time. it again hovered for a while then seemed to take the same course back into the stars where it flowed orange for a long time after. i got a video where the color is apparent but with no point of reference the size and shape can not be seen clearly. i’ve never seen anything like this before in my life and if it wasn’t for the way it reappeared hovering i would have assumed it to be a crazy comet or some kind of bizarre meteorological event. i cannot however explain what i witnessed that night.
