I was working on a roof on a late clear sunny october day when my workmate said what's that up there, he pointed out the object that looked exactly like a star would look like at night, whatever the object was it must off been reflecting light from the sun as it seemed to get brighter at points. after a couple of minutes talking about the object i took my first picture this was at 1404 (timed on my phone) . the object was moving across the sky from north to west. at first i thought maybe it could be a plane but it was far too high to be a passenger plane which in such a clear day as it was would have been easily recognisable, also it was moving way to slow to be a plane and there was no trails left behind the object.I have also included a picture of a passenger plane from the exact same spot i witnessed the object and you can clearly tell it is a plane .I thought maybe a satalite but again i have witnessed many satalites at night and again they seem to move across the night sky much quicker. i then took another photo 4 minutes later and as you can observe in the pictures my views are that a plane or satalite would have moved much further distances across the sky in the timeframe. the whole timeframe of the sighting was about 20 to 25 minutes. i lost sight of the object when i just couldnt find it no more in the sky.
