I was looking out the kitchen window and saw two very bright stars one of which ended up being a plane the other seemed stationary, after a couple minutes it became clear that the later was tracking to the north east so I figured it was a plane cause the SEATAC landing path goes almost directly over my house. Once it was closer I could see it was just inside the clouds so all I could make out was the unusual light pattern and that it appeared to be low in the sky (based on spacing between the lights). I went outside now thinking it must be a helicopter because of how slowly it was tracking and there was zero noise, we get plenty of helicopters here but they all make noise. About 20 minutes later a regular plane flew the same path and it was much smaller with a standard right to left strobe pattern, I also now realize the clouds are higher than I thought because of the visible size of the plane. The lights seemed very aircraft centric but not standard at all, the lights strobe in a clockwise pattern and there were four lights as part of the strobe pattern and they were arranged in a square. The craft also had two bright white lights aimed straight out one pointed northeast and the other Northwest almost like headlights.
