I was on flight vs7 which departed heathrow on friday 10th jan. we flew over canada and half way through the flight i saw some extremely weird lights down below. i found a picture online that resembles what i saw. i was looking out of the left side of the plane when this happened. i looked down and saw long pulsating lights that kept turning on and off but it also looked like this was happening over water. possibly a lake or a river. during all of this i showed my wife the weird pulsating lights that looked like they were moving around a stream or lake turning on and off. the lights were very bright and was certainly not a reflection of anything. it was dark, almost day break when this all took place. i know the approximate area where this took place as i had my sky map on the monitor. it took place somewhere around a town called flin flon/thompson in manitoba canada.
