Witness Testimony

"I see a strange, pulsating, star-like orb just about every time i go to treasure island casino near red wing, mn. i live in rochester, mn and the casino is just north of red wing, mn. i take highway 52 north out of rochester to highway 58 in zumbrota and then i turn on county road 6 and continue north until i reach highway 19. it's right before i reach highway 19 that i see this object in the sky. i can only see this object when i'm just north of county road 1 and about two miles south of highway 19, on the curvy part of the county road 6. this mysterious object pulsates, changes colors and hovers in the same spot, without variation. for whatever reason, i imagine this thing is observing minneapolis/st. paul for some unknown reason. at first, i thought it was venus because of how bright it is and because of where it is in the sky, but after doing some research, i'm fairly certain that it's not venus. this thing changes color rapidly and it looks like it spinning incredibly fast. sometimes, it changes sizes as it pulsates, but as far as i can tell it doesn't move at all. after i leave the casino, it;a usually gone from the night sky. i have seen it in the sky as early as 11 pm and as late as 3 am."
