Witness Testimony

"My coworker and i went outside of our office building at about 7:15-7:30 am give or take for a cigarette. this was just before sunrise, so the sky was well lit enough to clearly see. there is an airport in the area, so we are used to watching the sky and are familiar with how planes behave and the elevations they are usually flying in our area. i was facing our building when my coworker said, "holy sh*t, look!". i turned around in time to see a very bright, star-like object moving fast through the sky and then just vanished. it was a platinum white light moving at a much higher elevation than the two planes coming in. it moved in a direct line until it just disappeared. i spent an hour or so afterwards looking online for possible explanations and nothing matched. it was far too bright to be a satellite in the morning lit sky. i have never seen a shooting-star during daylight, and i believe it would be too low to be a meteorite. additionally, there was no combustion or burst of flame that i've seen before with a meteor. i've never seen anything like this.
