July 7th 2007 8.51pm (daylight) The weather was mostly clear except for a few clouds in the west. I was snapping pictures of the waterfront, but my hope of shooting the wispy red cirrus clouds didn't materialize. A storm was developing in the west so I decided to take precautions and leave before it got worse. As I was about to pass under the bridge I noticed something brilliant in the corner of my eye. There was a airplane hovering over the trail-side of mount Sugarloaf. The fuselage looked shiny and new, like a chrome bumper. At times, the light was so intense that I had to shield my eyes, because it was like staring into an arc wielder. I watched this plane for over two minutes and it never moved. As soon as I pointed my camera towards this shimmering craft, it vanished.
