bright light that grew and then suddenly disappeared, followed by a large object falling out of the sky with a large fire trail.As we stood outside, we noticed a bright white light that first appeared to be an aircraft. No other colored like red or green that you would usually see. It got bigger and bigger, and we realized it was not an airplane at all. What the heck is that? All of a sudden, it appeared to get smaller and smaller until it finally disappeared. Where the heck did that thing go. It moved forward and then backward and finally, completely disappeared from view.As we watched the skies, suddenly from the left and below the point where we observed the light, a big fireball with a long streak of orange appeared out of the sky and headed for earth. We actually stood and waited to hear the explosion when it fell, it seemed so close, but we heard nothing. Have checked the local news and have heard nothing about it. We thought that terrorists had started shooting missiles at us!
