I was outside watching the cargo planes from the nearby Air Force base flying around. Out to the north I noticed and extremely bright blue light just sitting there. I watched it for about five seconds or so. I though it was just a star. All of a sudden it shot east/northeast across the sky faster than anything I have ever seen and was gone instantly. The Air Force planes were in the are all night and the light only appeared once. I felt anxious when I saw the light move so quickly and was excited to see something of that nature.
