Wife and I observed 3 solid red lights in sky in cloud formation. Lights were stationary for appx 2-3 minutes. Lights began to ascend to cloud line then vanished. 3rd light vanished half way up cloud line. Planes visable in area. Clear night aside from cloud formation. No associated events.
