At the time I was laying in bed on my computer, it was about 12:30am ish when I first heard it but I couldn't see anything for about 20 minutes. This object was extremely loud and very low to the ground. At first I thought it was a plane or helicopter so T told my step dad and he said that no military plane or helicopter uses green or orange lights like what I saw. The object appeared to be in the shape of a boomerang but after I watched it for a while a big spotlight seeming light turned on and it was very bright But the other three light were on each tip of the object. During this time I didn't really know how to feel, I was kind of freaking out because I had no clue what it was and then i just thought it was really cool because i could possibly looking at an extra-terrestrial aircraft! I know I wasn't the only one who saw/heard it because I went on facebook and twitter and a lot of people were talking about it. I was in my room watching this thing from my window which isn't the biggest but i lost sight of the object because it went off towards the other side of town, opposite from my window and that's when the loud noise stopped. People in the other town over about a 5-10 minute drive from my location were hearing/seeing what they thought was to be a military plane but I don't think it was.
