1. I was the passenger in a car headed north on 35E toward St. Paul. We had just passed under Lone Oak.2. The driver suddenly said "WHAT THE F&$% IS THAT THING..." and repeatedly turned her head to her left and then behind us. I tried to see what she was looking at, but I assumed she was looking at something going the opposite way on the highway, so I missed it.3. She began trying to describe it as she was still observing it, but her description was broken. She was saying, "[Its like this big... Blue-green... Or emerald... Meteor? Or something... Falling, then it just disintegrated]"4. After it was gone, she went on to describe it as looking like a falling star, but that it was this very, very bright, blue-green color and it was falling. It had already been falling when she first saw it, so she couldnt say what height it had come from. She said that when it looked like it was about to hit the ground it "disintegrated" and looked like "the tip of a sparkler".5. She seemed very shocked when she first saw it. Then, she showed disbelief in how long it was visible for. She used the descriptors, " This big, bright, blueish-green" several times, I assume to convey to me how unnatural a color it was for the night sky. She also said several times that it looked like a meteor, but also kept saying, "Just before it hit the ground" - so I am unclear as to whether it seemed to be in space or here.6. It disintegrated
