Witness Testimony

"I was driving west on i-275 and getting off at the exit to go south towards mt. healthy. while on the ramp exiting the interstate i observed a hazy dark object in the sky that i initially thought was a small cloud. in the sky i would describe as quarter to golf ball size. as i continued on the ramp towards an intersection i observed the object further which came out of a hazy appearance and appeared to solidify into a disc shape. i immediately pulled my phone out and began to film it. it appeared to change shape several times form a disc to a circle or oval shape. it seemed to be wobbling and moving back and forth in the sky. several times it faded so much it almost disappeared and then would become solid again. in the video it almost appears as if the camera is continuously focusing in and out but this is actually what the object looked like. it was a dark carbon grey, almost black. i would estimate it was at least a mile away and a couple of thousand feet up, based on this i felt the object was quite large, perhaps a couple hundred feet across. i had to turn with the light and put my phone down. within 30 seconds of turning and putting my phone down i pulled over at the first available opportunity and looked west and could no longer see the object. i have never seen anything like this before. my best description for the way it was moving, is a pendulum that is swinging back and forth in several directions. there most baffling part was the fading, at times you could see through it and others it was solid blackish gray. as you can see in the video the sky was not cloudy or hazy."
