My son and i observed an unusual light in the sky a little after 9 pm on 3/25/20 in the vicinity of paradise valley conservation area near woodinville, wa. we got out and filmed it when we stopped to get fuel. the light was much brighter than any stars we could see and appeared starlike to the naked eye except it would occasionally wobble and or momentarily dim. in the video it appears to be spinning and possible angled so that a top or bottom view of an octagonal shaped light source is presented but a few frames show a slightly different angle where it appears to be disc shaped with the light on top. when the lights are in full view they seem to be changing frame to frame as if spinning and consist of two concentric circles, saturn-like in appearance, but on closer inspection reveal distinct lines and corners as opposed to fuzzy circles of light. the object was viewable for the entire hour and over the space of ten miles traveling north and south from and back to the original location where we stopped to film. there were planes in the sky and stars, but none were bright enough to show up on my screen.
