Witness Testimony

"I got home from the grocery store at about 10:00 was parked in my car looking out over the water here at picnic point.. I don't know where I saw colorful lights fade up to full brightness from out over the water.. there was red lights there were blue lights there were yellow lights there were green lights there were all colors of the spectrum and they were flashing.. you could see the lights reflecting off the water I would say the lights were probably hovering at about 400 ft up... Then the lights went from a East-West direction towards Clinton.. and then faded out.. And then a half an hour later it happened again but the lights came on.. again hovered in place and then faded out.. "
