Some months ago (i dont recall the date) i reported to a melbourne UFO website i saw an object move from (while looking at i believe jupiter at the time) directly down towards the horizon and fade out like it was moving away. it did not give off any signal type lights. i live within very close proximity of one small airfield that does not have aircraft in and out at 3am, and airliners from the two nearest airports are all tracked on flightradar24, nothing in the vicinity at the time. I do not know what it was it looked to me more satellite-ish than high altitude aircraft, and unless we are getting buzzed by U2s (melbourne AUS so i dont it) then it was just... odd. As of 643am 8/7/2021 ive just seen it *again* the only reference i really have was snapping out google sky map and pointing in the general direction at the nearest non moving object. sky map is notorious for not showing you what its pointing at... i was looking at a small blue object, sky map suggests 'm2' (i dont know if i could see that) and the nearest planet was pluto - but same path again, about... 5 degrees to the 'right' of the stationary object, it appears to move away and towards the horizon and fades, as ive moving away... and then shortly afterwards another object that was flashing but was tiny and a similar altitude, heading parallel to the horizon some.... 25 degrees up from the horizon. its a clear morning, 1 real degree. i dont know what it was but if someone can tell me it was satellites id be happy with that, but the nearest aircraft showing on flightradar was an aircraft on the ground at tullamarine airport and another one on approach which is well out of my viewing range.
