"at first sight it looked like a plane but then it came closer and it was a silver disk!It was around 15:20 when my mom and I were on our way home from our barn when I noticed up in the south-eastern sky a bunch of lights and thought I saw a plane hoveing above the mountains. As we keeped driving the object began to move closer in our direction. When we pulled up to the stop sign it was almost over us and we could see that it was a round silver disk with colored lights all around it with a smaller silver disk rotating in the center. we pulled over and got out of the car to see what it was and we noticed that it made no noise. It was heading west towards the water. and we watched it go off into the distance."
