Came home from shopping. got out of my truck, could hear a small plane. neighbors friend was on his porch. day was overcast with a few sprinkles of rain. i thought it was the small plane moving just over the building west of our parking lot. saw what i thought was a loose deflated balloon, it was roundish. it was off so looked closer, it looked king of leaf shaped as well, a few points on it and not round like a ball. it twisted slowly like a leaf would in the wind but maintained a forward movement. not dipping or deviating it made a straight line towards the southern edge of the chugach mountains. the plane i heard was a small private plane that moved west to east. this ufo made no noise at all. as it got more south than west of me in the parking lot another small plane was going east to west. after initially looking at this to figure out what it was i asked the guy on my neighbors porch it he could tell what it was. he couldn't but said it might be a drone. didn't look like one to me it acted more like a blimp in speed. drones i've seen moved faster and the shape was wrong. tried to take a photo but only had my cell phone and photo is crappy, i'd load it but i am not that computer savvy and like i said..It's crappy and just looks like a dot. it was high up but lost it as it passed over the tree horizon. in a way it kinda looked like a concave disk that was dark brownish. i just know it i can't identify it, it was flying (or floating), and it was an object.
