A light that looked that same as the stars in the big dipper i was looking at while i smoked a cigarette on the porch moved across the constellation from south to north as seen from my home location. took about 20 seconds to leave my field of view because i live in a forest... but was headed in the direction of glacier national park. the only thing i can think it could have been was a satellite but im not an expert in such things. definitely not a meteorite. ive just never seen a satellite look so damn bright in the sky and clear like that before. it was just a white light like a star. i tried to catch in on my phone camera but neighbor had porch light on and made it so i couldnt pick up anything with the phones camera
