At approximately 825 pm I was with my dogs in our backyard. It was a very clear night with bright stars so I was looking straight up admiring the night sky. A perfectly contoured boomerang shape craft flew in a perfect North to South direction (heading 179 degrees) over my backyard. It appeared to be very dark grey which allowed it to stand out against the black night sky. I estimate it was around 1500-2000 feet above ground. It was very smooth how it glided through the sky. It emitted no noise and had no lights or markings.
