On Friday the 24th of November I was sitting in my car in a store parking lot around 1:30 PM and I noticed what I at first thought was a flock of large birds high up in the sky over the Davis Highway and Olive Road intersection. I was on the phone with my sister at the time. The objects (about 25 - 30 of them) seemed to be circling in that one area. As they turned in a funnel shaped formation they would be dark on one side and very shiny on the other. Could never make out a bird-like shape but more round and flat like a disc. They continued to circle the one area, never moving in any direction or taking on a "V" formation typical for migrating birds. I told my sister that I was watching something very strange - either extremely disoriented, weird shaped birds or a UFO. After about 5 minutes of circling they started to move west maintaining the funnel shape for about 30 seconds and then just disappeared. Nothing was obscuring my vision of them when they flashed their shiny side and then were gone. The weather was sunny with one or two clouds that were not anywhere near the objects. I was so overwhelmed by the objects behavior I didn't even think to take a video.
