I like to stargaze. especially when i go out for a cigg. tonight i was enjoying the multitude if stars that were out after a day of rain. i spotted a light moving across the south western horizon, followed by another. when they got to a certain point in the sky, they disappeared. that's when i noticed more. all the same distance apart, disappearing in the same area. i lost count at 30. and then they stopped. i watched the skies for a few more minutes, and then i saw more from a more westerly direction following a new path but same general direction and distance apart. the very last two i saw came from the original starting point in the sw sky. i don't know how far they were from each other, but they were much much closer to each other than all the previous ones had been(if you can calculate distances from my point of view in relation to space, the originals were 8 inches apart, while the final two were less than an inch) and then there was no movement. to me they seemed like satellites, but then that begs the question, who is moving 30+ satellites across the sky, and why?
